“Witness The Draft” is an art project that combines literature, social + dynamic on-chain NFTs, and a novel way to document the creative process.

With each Logged Universe story, we try to find an artifact from it that could become a generative art NFT collectible: both a way for fans to collect something meaningful, but also as the primary way to support the production of the story. Here, we delve into how a smart contract generates the SVG automatically for these capsules.

“The Room of Infinite Paintings” is a mid-season art project for The Logged Universe. It’s generative on-chain SVG art that is free to mint & that has an infinite supply. Up to 1 million mints, paintings becomes increasingly likely to produce more minimal variations.

When Vanessa Rosa first showed me the real-world ceramics that helped inspire the story of “Little Martians & The Human Memorial Monument”, I knew this would be a fun challenge to create on-chain SVG versions of them. This article goes delves into how the on-chain Little Martians are crafted using SVG from code directly embedded in the smart contracts.

Our thesis is simple: tell compelling stories that finds the superfans that wish to connect with the work in the form of digital NFT memorabilia and through that support the storytellers. For the first foray, we are really happy with the result (earning $12k) and it gives us renewed energy to keep creating new stories & expanding the stories yet to be told!
